ELA: We continue to work on editing skills. Today's writing lesson was on subject/verb agreement and consistency with tenses. Tonight's homework requires students to edit two letters between foreign exchange students.
Due: Thursday

Math: HW#13; Students were given copies of notes and equivalency charts to translate fractions, decimals, and percents. Our class work modeled how to use these tools. Students will practice using them for homework and reflect on real life situations using fractions, decimals, and percents. Friday's lesson will clarify students' questions and provide additional practice.
Due: Friday

Social Studies: As we begin to write our reports during writing workshop, it is important for students to fill out the graphic organizers provided in social studies and to have the content ready for writing. Lorena will be checking each of these for accuracy of information and the homeroom teacher will guiding students through the writing process to write the reports. Your homework is to research and document the details on these graphic organizers in addition to what is finished in class.

Science: Continue to study for Friday's assessment.
